A new twist on the traditional D & L Reiner style. This bit has the combined benefits of a traditional D & L Reiner shank with the advanced pinch protection of a ball hinge joint.

The 3-piece ergonomic mouthpiece results in soft, even pressure across the tongue, bars, and lips. Sweet & Sour twisted mouthpiece helps to increase salivation to encourage a more relaxed jaw and a supple mouth.

Includes a twisted copper accent along the cheek and Reinsman medallion for added style.
