Shipping Charges
Regular Shipping Charges (Continental 48 States)
Freight and packages are taking longer than expected to arrive in the customer's possession. We know this can be frustrating, but please know that once the package is in the carrier's hands, we do not have much control over the timely manner items are delivered. We will do everything we can to assist you and help with tracking and scheduled delivery.
Ground shipping within the continental United States is done through the United States Postal Service, FedEx, & UPS. This shipping takes 3-6 days on average.
Free Shipping Offer
If your total of qualifying products is $300 or more (in the lower 48 states), then those items will ship for free via the most economical service. Items are eligible for free shipping unless “ Not eligible for free shipping” is specified on the product page. If the item does not ship for free, then shipping costs are based on weight and the box dimensions required for packaging. More details below. The most efficient carrier will be selected based on package size and delivery area, unless you specify otherwise.
Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will not be processed until Monday. Orders placed Monday-Friday will process the next business day. In the event we are temporarily out of stock of your item, we will notify you by email or phone. Please feel free to let us know if you have a preference when you place your order.
Address disclaimer: UPS and FedEx do not ship to P.O. boxes, and they prefer an updated street name and number instead of the old rural route address if you have one. If you have any special instructions or concerns with shipping methods, please let us know in the 'Special Order Instructions' area during checkout.
Expedited Shipping Charges (Continental 48 States)
Expedited shipping within the continental United States is done through USPS, UPS, and FedEx. This shipping takes 2-3 days on average. Your shipping charges are determined at checkout.

Most orders received by 2:00 PM (MST) are shipped the same day. In the event we are temporarily out of stock of your item, we will notify you by your preferred method: email or phone.
Overnight Shipping Charges (Continental 48 States)
Overnight shipping within the continental United States is done through USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Your shipping charges are determined at checkout.
*An additional shipping charge may be applied to items “ Not eligible for free shipping” .
Please Note: If you are placing an overnight order online, FedEx does not deliver overnight packages on Saturday. Nor do they count the weekend as part of their time frame. Overnight orders placed on Friday before 2:00 PM (MST) will most likely be received on Monday afternoon. But if that same order was placed after 2:00 PM (MST), overnight delivery would be received on Tuesday afternoon.
International Shipping Charges
Most International shipments take 5-14 days to arrive. Rates are provided at checkout, allowing you to choose the carrier you prefer.

Lost or Damaged Packages
Please contact our customer service department immediately regarding lost or damaged orders. Allow us up to 3 days to work with our delivery partners to try to locate your package and/or determine the cause of the damage.
