Returns & Refund Policies
Returns and exchanges are no problem. Just download this Return & Exchange form and include it along with your order back to us. If we have a question about your return or exchange we will contact you at the phone number or email address that you provide us with on that form.
Satisfaction Guarantee: We understand that sometimes you will receive items that just are not what you were expecting, maybe the shade of color is slightly different or it just does not quite fit you or your animal like you wanted....we want you to be 100% satisfied. So if you are not completely happy with any product you order from our business, simply return it in new condition within 30 days for replacement or refund. You will be responsible for shipping costs on returned items. We recommend that you use UPS, Fed Ex, DHL, or Insured US Mail to assure your returns make it back to our warehouse. We will do our best to process your return quickly. Please allow 10-14 working days from the time that you send the returned item(s). A restocking fee may apply to items that show evidence of use.

The item must be new, unused, and show no signs of wear.

It must be returned in the original packaging with all parts, accessories, and documentation.

A Return Authorization Form is required for all returns. You can obtain this form on our Returns Form page.

Exchanges: Items purchased online cannot be exchanged online. However, you may exchange them in-store.
Certain items, such as special orders, drop-shipped items, and custom merchandise, may not be returnable or may be subject to a restocking fee.

Order Changes & Cancellations: Once an order is placed, we are unable to make changes. If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible at 605-343-5847. If your order has already shipped, you will need to complete the return process as outlined below.
Exchange Policy: If you need a different item, we recommend the following options:

Call Us: Contact us at 605-343-5847 to place an order for your replacement item. We will waive any standard shipping charges on qualifying replacement orders. Then, return the original item using your own postage.

Order Online: Purchase your replacement online and return the original item following the return instructions. Include the new order number with your return to receive a refund on any standard shipping fees paid on the replacement order.
Saddle Return Policy: If you are not completely satisfied with your saddle purchase after it arrives, please feel free to ship it back to us (sorry, this policy does not apply to custom ordered saddles). Saddles must be returned to us within 14 days of when they were delivered to receive full credit. Any longer than 14 days a 25% restocking fee may be deducted from your refund. We just ask that you pay the shipping costs to get the saddle back to us.
New Saddles
To ensure the best fit for both you and your horse:

Inspect the saddle upon arrival.

Use a clean saddle pad for fitting.

If you are not satisfied, return the unused saddle for a refund. We stress that a full refund on a new saddle can only be given if the saddle is absolutely clean and shows no evidence of use.

A restocking fee may apply if the saddle shows signs of wear, dirt, or use.

Refunds

Refund requests must be submitted through the Returns Form.

Once received, returns are processed within 3-5 business days.

Refunds are issued based on the original purchase date and item condition.

Please allow 3-8 business days for your bank to process the refund to the payment method that was used for the purchase.
Damages & Shortages
If your order arrives with missing or damaged items:

Retain all packing materials for inspection.
